Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain Registrations and Renewals: Once a domain name is registered or renewed, it cannot be refunded. This is due to the nature of domain registration with governing bodies.
- SSL Certificates: Once an SSL certificate is issued, it is non-refundable.
- Custom Development Services: Web development, CRM development, chatbot development, and other custom software services are non-refundable once the work has begun.
- Digital Marketing Services: SEO, off-page SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing services are non-refundable after the service has commenced.

- After 30 days, hosting plans are non-refundable.

6. Downtime and Service Interruptions
We understand that server downtime can be frustrating. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, server downtime does not qualify for a refund beyond the first 30 days. If you experience downtime, please contact our Support Team for assistance, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your hosting service at any time through your client portal or by submitting a cancellation request via email or ticket.
- If you cancel within the 30-day refund period, you will be eligible for a full refund for hosting services only.
- After the 30-day period, cancellation will not result in a refund, and your service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
