10. Termination of Services

StormHoster may terminate or suspend your account for violating any of the terms outlined in this legal notice. You may terminate your services by contacting StormHoster’s support team. All outstanding payments must be cleared before any service termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

StormHoster’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the services that caused the issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Governing Law

This legal notice and all agreements between you and StormHoster shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and StormHoster that arise under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.

14. Force Majeure

StormHoster shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or telecommunications failures.
